The below Basket instructions only apply to Non-Escrow premium domains. For high cost premium domains which are normally traded through Escrow, please make contact. We apologise that we cannot make it easier for obvious reasons of security. The easiest way to do this is by following the Contact Us Instructions at the foot of this page. (This site and these domains are owned and hosted by www.QSL.eu England, UK).
Please note that currently the only escrow service we can agree to is Sedo# *1. This is due to the difficulty of confirming and approving the integrity of other escrow services.
For midrange domains (between approximately $1000 and $5,000 and possibly more), we still recommend using the "Standard Method", however in this event, we both provide and request further security information -- summarised here as: We offer confirmation of our background (ID of company owner etc); We will seek proof of your ownership of the target domain account (to prevent accidental loss); We will request some background information about yourself (to safeguard against fraud); You are welcome to run a company check against us (you will find we have a 20 year unblemished track record).
Premium Domains Not Requiring Escrow:
The first step is to make yourself a PipedNames account herein - it takes seconds as all you need to insert is your email address (so we can verify it), thus allowing you to instantly reserve domains by checking out your basket. See the Account menu at left. If you prefer, you can ignore the basket and contact us by e-mail (we will handle the transaction manually -- the domain may not be removed immediately from the list, but it will be reserved when you agree to go ahead).
When you check out your cart / basket, you will be presented with "Delivery" options at varying costs. We normally use PayPal with Delivery to Enom" as it gives both buyer and seller protection and is the most convenient (Delivery to Enom explained below). Please hover (move your mouse over the relevant area and wait) over each item for details. We notify you of our paypal a/c name by email.
Payment & Delivery:
Please note that all delivery and payments are administered manually, generally during UK office hours.
Delivery to Enom:
Transferral of the name into your control and ownership is exceptionally simple, secure and quick if you have or can create an account at eNomCentral (an arm of www.eNom.com , part of the biggest core registrar on the Internet). Please be careful to give us your correct Enom account name. This is the username that you log on with. Do not give us your password or any other name associated with your account. Wrong account names are extremely difficult to reverse and sometimes impossible. We cannot guarantee refund of your money if you specify the wrong delivery account name! (Hover here for an explanation: #).
Once agreed, transferral to another eNom a/c is always within 24 hours in work days (and usually within 1 hour depending on the time zone difference and other activities). QSL will then issue you with a UK VAT invoice (as a formal receipt) on request.

PayPal:
As explained above, PayPal is our preferred payment method as it offers you buyer protection as well as convenience to all. We notify you of our paypal a/c name by email once you checkout your basket. Please note: PayPal e-check (e-cheque in the UK) is acceptable but we cannot transfer the domain until the check/cheque has cleared.
For smaller sums and for the fastest, safest and most cost effective transfer, after agreeing the final cost, use PayPal to pay in advance marking your transaction (eg) "purchase of web names, rebutting.com, recasted.com" -- in this way, PayPal will know what you are purchasing and can easily protect you (not that you need it, www.QSL.eu has been trading with an unblemished record since 1991).
Terms summary:
Please note that all prices are in US$ charged from England. If you purchase using US dollars and do not wish to share your address with us (which is acceptable if you use PayPal), we will assume you are Not in the European Union (EU) such that normally no taxes apply (but please note you are responsible for any taxes where applicable). If you wish to use Euros or UK Pounds, we must assume you are in the EU and we will have to add Value Added Tax (VAT). Any agreement to buy/sell is only valid for 3 days (this is to protect ourselves so we can re-offer the domain elsewhere in the event of protracted delays, especially when faced with a lack of e-mail response). Please note that there is a considerable amount of interest and activity with these domains and due to the manual processes involved, a rare oversight may cause a domain to remain listed even after it is no longer available -- therefore, we can only confirm their availability at point of sale.
